Good prices on tires and service.
I liked this place when it was Somerset Tire and I still like it now that it's Mavis Tire. I always let them know exactly what my car concerns are and when they've evaluated the issue I like to stand under the car (if its not engine)with the mechanic and have it explained to me, learn my options - all before proceeding. They do that for me and that keeps me happy & coming back. They also put my old parts in the trunk. I've been ripped off by so many mechanics in my life ! Its nice to find honest ones that take the time to explain things !
Super expensive for the horrible quality they provide. Put the wrong type of breaks on my car, rotated my tires and didn’t even balance them, then charged me when I went back to get it fixed. No one cares about the quality of work they do. Their goal is to get you in and out. Car feels worse every time after bringing it to them. And their employees are beyond rude.
Lady at the front is incredibly rude and condescending. Second time I've called got a price. Then got here and got a differant price and was told. I must have calculated wrong. There is nothing to calculate. And then asked if I wanted the tires or not. Just had to change 4 tires. Told it would take 2 hours. I get back and they just are putting my car on lift. Then took another hour after that. Mechanic and front desk lady didn't even acknowledge us when we walked back in and sat there staring for acknowledgment. Not worth saving the extra $10. Jut save yourself the hassle and go to jack Williams
This company has nice staff I'll give them that. However, when replacing my tires they seem to damage my tire sensors. They're not cheap at all, and I've already needed to replace two of them after visiting Mavis Discount.
