The workers are very nice and if you have any problems with your purchase they do everything they can to help you and also the prices are really not that bad and they always have promotions that can help you with your purchase
These idiots will call you, harass you daily to buy more merchandise then ask you if you want to pay your bill while they have you on the phone! But then they charge a hidden $2 "convience fee" for paying online. And when you ask to pay online, your lied to and told it's not possible.
I would never ever waste my time on any store in this company. There all crooked for money.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would never even waste my time recommending to a friend. Unless you want to be lied to, harrased, and treated poorly. I went here to try and purchase a mattress. First off, the guy at the store actually said to me, "Do you want new or used?"
God forbid you have an issue and try to work something out with them when you have a wacky schedule; Don't even waste the time. If you want to marry rent a center and inform them everyday what your doing. I had an issue with the store here, they were rude and had a terrible attidue. Along with the district manager. Nobody wanted to help, and it resulted in my forfeiting my merchandise because I couldn't stand the bull$hit anymore.
The store associates told me there is no such was to pay online. It took me calling corporate and complaining to find out.

Since when has it ever been legal to sell a used mattress?!?! That's disgusting. I made sure I had a new one straight out the box... because I needed a bed.
