Stupid workers, really there are. Never been helpful Every time the let you feel like you ought them...
I had to return an item which was faulty. The return process was quick and easy and hassel free. There was sufficient staff so that the wait for service was minimal. The staff was helpful and friendly in both finding what I needed and in check-out. This store is both pleasant and comprehensive.

Anastasia, Victoria, and Melanie were all most helpful. I commend them. However, the process of buying new blinds was quite tedious and endless. On the phone I was waiting endlessly. More store employees are needed to speed things up for the customer.
The store experience was fine. But the shipping was a nightmare. The computer scheduled one time and they try to deliver at a different time, two days same results. Had to reschedule the installation and moving company. It is not about what Is best for them, how about Lowe's service.
This Lowes was obviously short handed and that's fine. What is not fine is not recovering with your customers. There was no apology for 30 minutes to return something and no apology for the 20 minutes waiting to get something from a higher shelf. You get two stars for the girl who rang me up because she was the only competent person in the store.
