Owner "Bobbie" tried to scam me out of money, then argued with me and harassed me.
Millenia home improvement is with out a doubt the best contractors in the pocono area, nobody comes close. There’s a reason they are rated an A+ with the BBB. I’ve delt with 13 different contractors in the poconos and most of them have poor customer service, and their quality of work is sub par. The owner Bobby and his team are very professional and they deliver the highest quality of work. One thing I like about the Millenia is the owner Bobby. He checks up on you periodically to make sure that the workers are not only working hard, but makes sure you are satisfied with the work everyday. If anything was to ever go wrong, Bobby will send his workers back to fix the issue no question asked. We got 3 bathrooms completely remodeled as well as a kitchen remodel. We will come back to Millenia to get more work done in the future. Bobby’s prices are very competitive, you will not find a better price anywhere else, trust me, I’ve tried! Bobby is a very religious man. He’s never tried to get over on me, inflate prices, hide expenses or anything. This was the case with 80% of other contractors in the Poconos. Bobby holds his workers to very high standards. He values his customers and you will feel like priority when dealing with him. Expect follow up calls, and random check ins from Bobby to make sure your experience and nothing short of excellent. I couldn’t thank Bobby and his team enough for the outstanding work they have delivered to me. They are better than advertised. Do yourself a favor and look no further when it comes to getting work done on your house. Choose Millenia home improvement and save yourself the headache.
Totally disorganized and they had already installed my windows before I realized how unprofessional the Bobbie character is. THEN, to top it off, it rained a few days after they installed the windows and I found out the hard way that they didn't seal the windows as it rained on my face while I was sleeping in the middle of the night.
Owner and staff at Millenia are professional, prompt, courteous and kind! Their work is impeccable and pricing reasonable. My roof and siding from them are amazing!
